Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at llittlepiccola@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first.

The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional giveaway items
  • Products that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging and tags
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn and unused
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This right is granted in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Up to 10 business days for us to process the refund
  • Additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the transaction

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • We shipped the wrong item
